UI/UX Design Intern

About This Role

Join PropBulls as a UI/UX Design Intern and help shape the user experience of our real estate platform. You'll work on creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that make property discovery seamless and enjoyable for our users. This role offers the opportunity to work on a modern consumer platform, collaborate with developers to bring your designs to life, and build a portfolio of real-world work. You'll receive mentorship and feedback to help you grow as a designer. Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces
• Design intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines
• Conduct basic user research and gather feedback on designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability considerations
• Maintain and contribute to our design system and component library
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Proficiency in Figma (required)
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work (academic or personal projects accepted)
• Understanding of basic design principles (typography, color, layout, hierarchy)
• Ability to translate requirements into visual designs
• Good communication skills to present and explain design decisions
• Willingness to receive and act on feedback
• Available for a minimum of 3 months

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code
• Familiarity with prototyping and interaction design
• Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing
• Knowledge of accessibility principles in design
• Interest in real estate or consumer technology products
